In the workshops, continuous and rigorous self-inspection is a key component of the precision and quality policy implemented at every level within the company.
ARVIA DECOLLETAGE’s inspection department is equipped with all the measuring instruments and jigs needed to ensure the precision of the components manufactured.
This department manages all aspects of metrology within the company, ensures compliance with procedures and checks that the quality system complies with the ISO 9001-2000 standard
Traceability
The production management function involves :
- tracking the batches manufactured via product references
- creating safety stocks, whose volume is tailored to the requirements of the various manufactured items
- rigorous traceability at every stage of production and efficient tool maintenance
- in addition to management of the procurement of the various grades of raw materials.
Protecting the environment
Caring for the environment is important for ARVIA, which is why all the consumables used at the various manufacturing stages are subject to rigorous monitoring, processing and recycling procedures.
